Fatima Fertilizer Sales & Marketing Secures Dual Honors at RoSPA Health & Safety Awards

Fatima Fertilizer Sales & Marketing has achieved international recognition from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), UK, at the RoSPA 70th Anniversary Health & Safety Awards, receiving the Fleet Safety Award and Achievement Award. Fatima Sales & Marketing is the first in the entire agriculture industry to receive this RoSPA recognition.

For Sales & Marketing, fleet safety is critical to protecting our field teams who travel extensively across Pakistan. With a large field presence and employees regularly travelling for business, effective management of road-related risks is an integral part of our overall safety culture.

Our approach goes beyond regulatory compliance by benchmarking our practices against international best practices and established safety frameworks. We take a proactive approach to identifying and managing driving-related risks, with a focus on preventing incidents rather than simply responding to them. This includes a strong focus on driver competency, journey risk management, digital incident reporting, targeted training and continuous improvement.

These practices are aligned with RoSPA’s Fleet Safety framework for effective occupational road-risk management. By strengthening driver awareness and using incident data to identify areas for improvement, we continue to enhance the effectiveness of our fleet safety practices. This systematic approach helps us maintain consistent safety standards across our field operations while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
