Commodities (Pvt.) Ltd.
Reliance Commodities (Pvt.) Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on January 28, 1996 as a private limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017).
The Company’s principal activity is trading (including import and export) of molasses, raw and refined sugar, fertilizer, and other food products. It’s registered office is situated at 2nd Floor, Trust Plaza, LMQ Road, Multan, in the province of Punjab.
Reliance Commodities (Pvt.) Limited belongs to a conglomerate group that operates fertilizer plants under the name of Pakarab Fertilizers Limited and Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, as well as sugar and textile industries.

The Company is also engaged in the trading of Di Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) fertilizer and sugar. The Company imports DAP and sells it into the local market. Additionally, the company also operates state-of-the-art storage tanks for the storage of molasses and ethanol products. These storage tanks are leased out to sugar and distilleries companies. The terminal is situated at 21-Oil Installation Area, Keamari Port Trust, Karachi.
