Chairman
Arif Habib remained the elected President/Chairman of Karachi Stock Exchange for six times in the past and was a Founding Member and Chairman of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited. He has served as a Member of the Privatisation Commission, Board of Investment, Tariff Reforms Commission and Securities & Exchange Ordinance Review Committee. He has been a member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council (EAC) and the Think Tank constituted by the Prime Minister on COVID-19 related economic issues. He is currently a member of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and a member of Advisory Committee of Planning Commission.
Habib participates significantly in welfare activities. He remains one of the directors of Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), Habib University Foundation, Karachi Education Initiative (KSBL), Arif Habib Foundation and Naya Nazimabad Foundation as well as trustee of Memon Health & Education Foundation (MMI) and Fatimid Foundation.

Director
Ali Mukhtar is a Director at Fatima Group. He oversees group strategy and the Group's strategic portfolio including mining and minerals, energy, and other priority sectors. He also serves as CEO of Fatima Petroleum, driving the company's growth and transformation across the energy landscape.
Ali is the founder and CEO of Fatima Ventures, a venture capital platform that has become a significant force in Pakistan's technology ecosystem. Since 2014, Fatima Ventures has partnered with Gobi Partners to launch the country's leading technology fund, Fatima Gobi Ventures, investing in leading startups such as Tajir, Safepay, Abhi, Adalfi, Lean Technologies and Sasta Ticket.
He is also the founder and sponsor of Buraq Digital Bank, one of Pakistan's five newly licensed digital banks focused on expanding financial access through technology.
Ali plays an active role in Pakistan's business and entrepreneurial community. He is a founding board member of Endeavor Pakistan and a member of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders.

Abbas Mukhtar is the Director of Fatima Group. He joined the family business post completing his bachelor’s degree from University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). Abbas oversees strategy with regards to the Fertilizer business, as well as that of Fatima Cement Limited.
As a member of the senior management of Fatima Group, he is actively involved in social welfare initiatives pertaining to healthcare and education.
Abbas is also an avid supporter of sports in Pakistan. He constantly works for the growth of sports in Pakistan through various ventures, for healthier, happier society.

Muhammad Kashif Habib is the Director of the Company. He is also the Chief Executive of Power Cement Limited. Being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) he completed his articleship from A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers).
Kashif Habib is dedicated to improving the country’s energy situation and is engaged with experts to make renewable energy a more feasible and accessible solution not just for the industry but also for the masses.

Utilizing his leadership skills to the fullest potential, he has been a part of various Fatima Group projects including Midwest Fertilizer and will also be heading Fatima IT Services Project. Fahd Mukhtar continues to play a key role in business development of the Textiles business in European market including Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
