Mr. Inamullah Naveed
Director Operations – Pakarab Fertilizers Limited
Inamullah Naveed Khan is working as Director of Operations at Pakarab Plant Site, Multan. Previously, Inam served as Vice President at Engro Fertilizers. He started his career with Snamprogetti, SpA of Italy, and had experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of two world-scale plants. Out of his 7 years with Snamprogetti, 4 years were international experience.
Inam joined Exxon/Engro in 1987 and had diversified experience throughout his career. His main assignments included the Ammonia-Urea relocation project, during which he was assigned to the Ammonia dismantling site at Pascagoula, MI, USA for one year. On his return, he provided leadership on several DBN and Revamp projects. He served as Maintenance Manager for 4 years and Admin Manager for 3 years, and then took over as GM Manufacturing in 2003. In 2007, he was assigned as VP/Project Executive of the $1 billion EnVen-1.3 project, which was the world's biggest single train Ammonia-Urea project. He led the team to the successful EPC of the plant in December 2010. On merger of all the plants after the EnVen project, he took over as VP Manufacturing in 2011. Inam retired as Vice President, Manufacturing from Engro Fertilizers in March 2016 after a service of more than 29 years.

Mr. Pervez Fateh
G.M. Manufacturing
Pervez Fateh has been heading the Fatima Fertilizer Plant Site, Sadiqabad as GM Manufacturing since April 20, 2020. He joined Fatima Group as Plant Head, PFL Multan on January 6, 2020, from Fauji Fertilizer Company, where he was serving as GM-Manufacturing and Operations. During his services with Fauji Fertilizer, he led both Mirpur Mathelo and Goth Machhi sites as General Manager.
A seasoned professional with a B.E. (Mech.) degree from NED University – Karachi, Fateh has over 37 years of rich experience in maintenance, inspection, and plant management in the fertilizer industry, with demonstrated creativity, initiative, drive, and success. Professional competence, vision, strategic planning, capital asset oversight, cost containment, budgeting, and staff training/mentoring are his fortes.
Under his leadership, FFL has continued its journey of world-class HSE Performance and achieved a Guinness World Record for the maximum safe million man-hours in the fertilizer sector across the globe. The plant has also performed exceptionally well on the production front, by exceeding the world-class plant reliability benchmark of ≥98% by achieving 98.8% in 2022.
He has multiple successful projects under his belt. He has also attended many prestigious leadership development programs at LUMS, the University of Michigan (USA), and MIT (USA).
Fateh is also involved in philanthropic activities and heads his own NGO, Azm-e-Nau Foundation, which works in the areas of upper Sindh and Northern Punjab, with a prime focus on poverty alleviation and educational support. His NGO actively worked for the wellbeing of people in badly affected nearby Sindh and Punjab areas during recent devastating floods.

Asghar Naveed
GM Manufacturing FFT
Asghar Naveed is the GM Manufacturing of Fatimafert Plant. He joined Fatima Group in 2012 as the Corporate HSE Manager, where he developed the organization’s HSE vision and roadmap.
He played a vital role in the successful development, training, and implementation of sustainable and world-class HSE practices.
He led the PSM program from inception and provided the necessary support to FFL Site to become OSHA Compliant in 2015. In October 2017, he took charge of Fatimafert site as Plant Manager and led the organization’s transformation journey. His efforts have resulted in improved plant reliability, service and capacity factors, efficiency, and safety performance. Under his leadership, his team further improved the cost base in various disciplines of the operations, employed new schemes to improve work processes, and undertook important initiatives in people development, wellness, and effective engagement. As a result, the FFT Site is safer, more economical to operate, and OSHA Compliant.
He remains actively involved in creating synergy among three fertilizer sites and has made commendable contributions in various organizational initiatives taken by HR. He is passionate about developing and mentoring people.
