Arif Habib

Chairman

Mr. Arif Habib is the Chairman of Pakarab Fertilizers. He is also the Chairman of Arif Habib Corporation Limited, Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, Thatta Cement Company Limited and Arif Habib DMCC Dubai.

He has remained the President/Chairman of Karachi Stock Exchange six times in the past. He is the founding member and former Chairman of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited. He has served as Member of the Privatization Commission, Board of Investment, Tariff Reforms Commission and Securities and Exchange Ordinance Review Committee.

As the President of the Karachi Stock Exchange, he introduced a number of reforms including the establishment of central depository system, introduction of computerized trading and risk management.

He participated in a number of professional advancement courses, including Development of Securities Market, organized by the SEC, Washington DC, USA in 1992. He visited over a dozen of stock exchanges in different countries for exchange of views.

Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Abdus Samad

Director

Mr. Abdus Samad is Director of the Company. He has vast experience of equity portfolio management, capital market operations and corporate finance. He holds a Master in Business Administration.

He began his career with Arif Habib Corporation Limited as an Investment Analyst and was later elected as the Company's Director and Company Secretary. In 2003, he led the marketing department as Executive Director.

Mr. Samad is the Chairman of Arif Habib Limited. On September 4, 2004, he became the Chairman and CEO of Arif Habib Limited, a Brokerage Company. He has extensive experience in serving corporate clients, institutions and high net worth individuals for their investments in the securities market and raising capital through IPOs, TFC's for corporate entities. During his career, he has served on the boards of various group concerns such as Arif Habib Corporation Limited, Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, Arif Habib Investments Limited and Thatta Cement Company Limited.

Nasim Beg

Director

Mr. Nasim Beg is Director of the Company. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1970 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karachi University. Mr. Beg is the founder Chief Executive of Arif Habib Investments Limited, a leading Asset Management Company of Pakistan. Mr. Beg serves on the board of Summit Bank Limited, as well as on the boards of several group companies and is Chairman of the group's REITS Management Company.

He has extensive experience of over 40 years of industry and financial sector in both domestic and international markets. He was part of the task force set up by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to develop the Voluntary Pension System. He is Chairman of the SECP sponsored Institute of Capital Markets and is a Member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council.

Muhammad Kashif

Director

Mr. Muhammad Kashif is a Director of the Company. He completed CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Rehman Naseem

Mr. Rehman Naseem is Director of the Company. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Columbia University, New York.
