Arif Habib

Mr. Arif Habib is the Chairman of Fatima Fertilizer. He is also the Chairman of Arif Habib Corporation Limited, Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, Thatta Cement Company Limited and Arif Habib DMCC Dubai.

He has remained the President/Chairman of Karachi Stock Exchange six times in the past. He is the founding member and former Chairman of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited. He has served as Member of the Privatization Commission, Board of Investment, Tariff Reforms Commission and Securities and Exchange Ordinance Review Committee.

As the President of the Karachi Stock Exchange, he introduced a number of reforms including the establishment of central depository system, introduction of computerized trading and risk management.

He participated in a number of professional advancement courses, including Development of Securities Market, organized by the SEC, Washington DC, USA in 1992. He visited over a dozen of stock exchanges in different countries for exchange of views.

Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar

Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar is the Chief Executive Officer (Director & CEO) of the Company.

Muhammad Kashif

Mr. Muhammad Kashif is a Director of the Company. He completed CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

He is also director of Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, Arif Habib Corporation Limited, Arif Habib Investments Limited, Nooriabad Spinning Mills (Pvt) Limited, Rotocast Engineering (Pvt) Limited, Real Estate Modaraba Management Company Limited, Thatta Cement Company Limited, Arif Habib REITS management Limited (AHRML) and the Chief Executive of Al-Abbas Cement Industries Limited.

M. Abad Khan

Mr. Abad Khan is a mechanical engineer from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He brings with him an experience of more than 50 years and has worked for major fertilizer companies in Pakistan, including Exxon/ Engro Chemicals, Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, and Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim.

Jorgen Nergaard Gol

Jorgen Nergaard Gol graduated from the Technical University of Copenhagen in 1986 with a B.Sc. (Hon) in Chemical Engineering and also holds a degree in Engineering Business Administration (EBA).

Since his graduation he has worked with M/s Haldor Topsoe A/S as a Technical Sales and Service Engineer, in the Catalyst Division in Lyngby, and from 1989 to 1992 in the Topsoe Houston office. From 1992 to 1997 as Product Manager of Hydrogen & Synthesis Gas-Related technologies and from 1997 to 2005 Sales Manager of the Hydrogen, Synthesis and Methanol Technology Group in the Technology Division.

Jorgen Nergaard Gol was appointed Vice President of Marketing & Sales in the Technology Division in January 2006 and after an internal reorganization Vice President, Syngas Technology Business Unit as of June 2009.

Amir Shehzad

Mr. Amir Shehzad holds a B.S degree in Finance from Arizona State University, U.S.A and is currently Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets Division at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). He has an overall work experience of over 18 years at numerous Senior Management positions. He is also on the Board of Directors of National Fullerton Asset Management Company and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (Pakistan’s only commodity exchange) representing National Bank of Pakistan.
